A half marathon through the streets Reykjavík, Iceland. A tale of a limping leg, aided by venio-muscular compression technology.

A 10k race along the northern coast of Reykjavík, Iceland. The weather was very nice, offering a beautiful view of the bay and the mountains on the other side.

A 10k running race on the Formula1 race track Circuit de Catalunya. What can be better motivation for improving your speed than be in a surrounding that reminds one of fast cars.

XXIX Mitja marató L’Espirall
Today I ran around the wine region of Penedés. I participated in the XXIX Mitja marató L’Espirall — The 29th Espirall half-marathon. I cannot say other than the weather conditions were very good … for wine making, that is.

25a Mitja Marató Sant Cugat
A year ago I performed an interesting experiment that seemed to indicate — contrary to my hope — that systematic training is preferable to unsystematic lack of training when it come to beating personal records in long distance running (see further). I did thus show up for the Sant Cugat half-marathon with over a month
